Seminole County HEART
(Home-based Assistance Response Team) is a non-profit that was established in 1998 following a tornado event which left many homes damaged and
the unfortunate loss of 12 lives. Federal, state, and local agencies have established guidelines to provide assistance, but this assistance is designed
to meet short term needs.
Seminole HEART has the capability to provide and coordinate long term recovery assistance to disaster victims.
